Answers to some commonly asked questions

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Generally, depending on where the delivery address is located, most orders to the UK should arrive within 1 to 4 working days of dispatch. For international orders items should arrive within 5 to 15 days.

2. How do you deliver your items?

For UK customers we send out all deliveries via Royal Mail and Parcel Force using their next day (First class/Special delivery services [dependent upon value of items]) or standard  delivery services. For international services Airsure is our preferred option. All items require a signature upon receipt. If you have any queries regarding delivery options, including upgrading to Saturday deliveries etc, please phone us prior to ordering your items. Where items are marked 'Free delivery', these items are despatched using standard services. If you wish to upgrade to next day please phone us prior to ordering your items.

3. How do you work out your delivery charges?

The amount charged for deliveries is based on the weight and number of the items purchased. i.e. 1 t-shirt weights approx 220grms with the delivery charge to the UK of  £2.50. If you were to buy 2 t-shirts then the total weight would be 440grms with a delivery charge of £3.70. 3 t-shirts would be £4.50.

4. How will I know when the order is dispatched?

Once the order has been dispatched we will notify you by e-mail that your items are on their way to you and where possible include any tracking information that we have.

5. What are the other alternative ways to order?

If you do not wish to order/purchase online, please contact us here, you can either send a cheque (this would take 14 days to clear), postal order (this is dispatched immediately) or by direct bank transfer.

6. What other methods of payment do you accept?

Online payments can be made using American Express, Visa credit cards, Visa debit cards, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo Visa Electron, Visa Delta and JCB  cards. We also accept cheques, postal orders and bank transfers, either local or international. 

7. How secure is your on-line payment system

 7. What countries to you deliver to?

As well as delivering to the UK, we also deliver to Ireland, USA, Canada and a number of European countries. If your country isn't listed please e-mail us.

8. Do I have to pay UK VAT (TAX)

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the product prices. For orders made from other countries outside the European Union 17.5% is deducted. For BFPO information please click here
