Returns Policy
In
order for KMNW to efficiently deal with your return, please note the
following : -
1. Phone or
e-mail us on (44)
01204-306121 prior to
retuning the items.
2. Please return goods to :- KMNW, Registered
Office, 19 Top O'th Brow, Riding Gate, Harwood, Bolton. BL2 4DJ. England
3. Please enclose a copy of the relevant invoice
applicable to the goods you are returning.
4. If one item is being exchanged for another, on returns
parcels postage and packing will be charged to the customer to cover the
postage and packing for resending. To confirm the postal cost please
contact me.
5. Please state in writing why the items are being
returned.
For items not returned in the original
packaging we reserve the right to deduct 10% to cover a repacking fee
6. Refer also to our
terms and conditions.
7. If a product is unsuitable for any reason, please do
not try and alter the items, e.g. cut, boil wash to shrink, damage in any
way. Please contact us first.
8. Returned goods will only be accepted for
exchange/refund when returned as new in original wrappings within 14 days of
purchase (and for videos, DVDs and ears defender inserts sealed and unused). The cost of returning
the goods is at the customer's cost, we only exchange or refund the value of
the goods, not the postage and packing. Please Note KMNW subsidises some of
the postal rates charged. If we have done this on your item then we reserve
the right to deduct the full amount of postage from your refund.
