Weekly Adult Classes
Weekly classes are available for adult students, male or female, 18 years and above. Young adults 16+ may also attend providing a parent or guardian signs off their enrolment form. These classes are open to all levels from beginners to advanced students and generally speaking we get new starters either viewing or attending most sessions.
